CCS are one of only 13 businesses to achieve the Total Communication Status in the UK and are the only business in the North East to achieve the status.
Commenting on the achievements of all new Partners joining the Programme, Phil Mottram, Enterprise Director of Vodafone UK said, “Over 100 Partners have achieved new Status accreditation in the first phase of our programme, which is fantastic. The programme is designed specifically to recognise capabilities and specialisms and so it’s great to see that we have a variety of sized organisations in all Status levels, including at the highest Total Communications level. It is an exciting time in the evolution of enterprise services. With our new programme, we are committed to helping Partners deliver higher value to customers so that they can tap into the new opportunities brought by this hyper-connected era.”
About the Vodafone Partner Programme
The new Vodafone Partner programme, launched in January 2017, marks an industry shift in the way Vodafone Partners are accredited and supported. It introduces new customer support criteria as well as committed investment by Partners to extensive skills development and training. Partners are recognised by their specialist capabilities to provide customers with the best possible understanding, deployment and ongoing support of Vodafone’s business communications services across voice, data, mobile, unified communications, cloud and network services. The move to focus on Partner capabilities is driven by customer demand, as businesses look to Vodafone and the channel for trusted digital infrastructure and services expertise as they transform and evolve their operations.
Chris Lee, managing director of CCS, said: “To be the first provider in the North East to achieve this status is a great achievement and is recognition for the hard work of our staff. To achieve this award we have had to undertake a large amount of training. It shows our continued commitment to being at the forefront of the industry.
“Being awarded Vodafone Total Communications Status gives us the capacity to support, offer advice and recommend the right Vodafone products and services to our customers. More than anything it recognises our ability to deliver unified communications solutions and deliver great customer service.”
Nick Birtwistle, head of partners and alliances at Vodafone UK, added: “We’re delighted to welcome CCS, as a Partner with Total Communications Status, to the new Vodafone Partner Programme. Its team has shown great commitment and vision to leading a new era in communications and connectivity. Digital infrastructure and communications technologies are changing the way organisations work and new capabilities are needed to support customers in the decade ahead.
“With a focus on deeper customer engagement and the development of new skills, our Partner programme provides a new platform for our partners to enhance their value propositions around key technology growth areas. We look forward to working closely with CCS as we help customers benefit from new and smarter ways of working.”
