Sent from Heaven ……

Got up early today and had breakfast as usual before setting off for work at the secondary school. The children are always happy to see us and Chalice greeted me by shouting “What a beautiful morning to see you on such day” it made no sense but his English is improving, his friend even had a photo of me from the other day when we played paparazzi with the children, I feel so loved here

My dance skills are being put to good use as I spent 2 hours choreographing a routine to boom boom pow by the Black Eyed Peas for the girls to teach the youth group tomorrow. After dance I was given a new job cementing corner brick walls which was difficult and there was more cement on the floors than the bricks I was awful ha ha ha, luckily Hastings who looks like Chris Brown came and helped me. More physical labour at the end of the day lifting bricks into vans before a lift in the back of an open truck which hit every pothole, I will never complain about English roads again

Another cold shower in a bowl aaarrghhh !!  I have twists in my hair and look like a Spice Girl and am constantly trying to come up with new African hair styles. We are hoping to get into Blanti at the weekend where I may be able to get online. At the moment we have baby scouts camping in our field and playing football with the big Malawi fellas. On the walk to work the cutest little baby came running out of the bushes to be picked up, he was soo gorgeous and funny sticking his tongue out at me and was feeding himself with what I thought was sugar cane but turned out to be a baby bird yuck !!!!!! time to put the baby down and split ha ha ha !!

I just want to say a massive thank you for the money that was raised at the BBQ because the children in the community really need our support as one of the locals said to us today ” Thank you, God has sent you to be our Saviour”
