Chris Lee

I am greeted every morning by a panoramic view of the North Sea, some days it is calm and peaceful, other days it is stormy and challenging – just like running a business. Having been in this industry almost 25 years, the changes I have witnessed and have undergone are immense. I have seen a mobile phone requiring muscles of steel to be able to carry it around, and a portable phone battery with a standby of a whopping eight hours.

CCS has experienced rapidly evolving technologies and all the challenges that brings with it, but one thing has remained unchanged, and that is the incredible dedication of the team. I take great pride in our achievements over the years and the reason for our ongoing success lies firmly with them. I know our after sales service is a success when I am constantly being reminded by our clients that my guys are doing a great job. All of this naturally creates an excellent working environment. The banter ranges from local football teasing to total failure on the golf course (by some)… all in good fun of course, and one day Wayne, I will come in at 4am!

  • What would you do if you were invisible for the day?

    ‘Without you’ by Neilson.
  • When was the last time your cried and why?
At the Ramside Golf Club when I lost the last hole to an Irishman.
  • Are you a spender or a saver?
    Spender, I think.
  • What is your favourite thing to do at a weekend?
    Golf, football and golf.
  • Who is your lookalike?
    Quite obviously… Brad Pitt
  • What do you think will happen to technology in the next 12 months?
The business arena, most certainly unified communications. In the consumer market, 3D development.
