  • We Meet, We Discuss, We Listen

The first step in any new business relationship is a meeting, during which we'll find out about your company, find out who your telecommunications users are and build up an understanding of their specific needs.

We'll ask you about your current package and your current provider, and get an insight into what your requirements will be.

We'll also introduce you to our company, and tell you about our team, who'll be working with you to find the best available options for your business.

Most importantly, we won't present you with pre-prepared options. Our team won't have a particular product to push - they'll simply listen to what you have to say and then take the time to consider how best we can help you.

  • We Understand

The next stage requires our team to analyse the information you've provided us with and build up a picture of who uses the phones and equipment, for what purpose and when. We'll look at methods to make your communication economical and more effective, even examining your current bills to work out where your key usage points are and what package will maximise your savings.

  • We Present

It is our aim to make sure that you understand all of the options available to you, that's why we take the time to provide a full, in depth presentation of our findings. We'll talk you through exactly what we found out about you, what we think your company and users need and how you can achieve this in the most cost effective way.

Our proposal will be supplied to you as a written document, and our workings and analysis will be made as clear and transparent as possible.

CCS will always present you with 3 network options, and then put forward a recommendation. However the final decision is with you and you should feel free to choose an alternative option if preferred.

There may also be something that wasn't discussed in the first meeting so if there's anything else that comes to mind, let us know and we can review our recommendations accordingly.

  • The Deal

Having taken on board any feedback from the second meeting, we'll refine your proposal and submit it for your approval. Once you're happy that everything you need has been covered, we'll get your agreement to engage and proceed.
